Storia orientale is a philosophical tale of Voltaire , written between1745 and 1747 , and published incomplete for the first time in 1747 with the title of"Memnon, histoire Eastern Europe" . Zadig is a young man rich and full of quality, he thinks he has everything he needs to be happy. It becomes the victim of a series of misadventures, which led him to believe that it is impossible for man to escape the bad luck and bad luck, until he meets a hermit who reveals the secret of happiness.
