Description
The Clique of Gold is a rivetting mystery and it compels the readers to continue reading. The story begins in Paris, France, with the detailed description of the setting and the surroundings of the area. As the story unfolds one is tempted to read continuously, for the plot is so complex and interesting that one can hardly resist the temptation. The major part of the novel is covered by the dialogue, and the narration is to the minimum, only at the necessary places. The sentences seem to be pulling the readers along to the mystery which continues to become more complex with the progression of the story.
