"Italian Cooking" by Dorothy Daly was published by Spring Books in Great Britain .Dorothy Daly's "Italian Cooking," I believe, is by far one the best Italian cookbooks published in the twentieth century. Not only was Dorothy Daly one of the first authors to put together a major collection of Italian recipes in the English language, but her knowledge and love of the Italian way of life shines through in her lovely book.
